In past years the challenge has been front kicks (maegeri), but this year we're upping the challenge with the option to also do 2012 reverse punches (gyakuzuki). It's a Punch&Kick-a-Thon! This is very challenging, even for the best of athletes. Some participants will likely not be able to complete all 2012 repetitions of either, but everyone is encouraged to try their best.

This year's event will benefit the SF Food Bank.
